This table lists the most recent Clipboard.

You can sort them alphabetically by name just by clicking on "Title", or date by clicking on "Date"; to reverse the sort order click again.

You just click on the title to view an entry.

==Clipboard ==
The {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CRM appunti.PNG"/>}} section is the management of Clipboard: this section shall be released from the other functions of the programme, and can be used for example as a notebook or as a message board.

The screen can be divided into 2 parts, the sidebar and the list.

The sidebar allows you to:

* create a new precisely by clicking on "New note":

Users will be able to read and possibly change precisely will appear in the list "visible from"; you can add new users by selecting an Office or trying: to do this, select the user's membership office or type under the heading "search users" part of the name to search for and click on the button {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/OK.PNG"/>}}; after which select them from the "Users" list and click on the button {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/addsel.PNG"/>}}; {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/addall.PNG"/>}} allows you to add all the users in the list; in a similar way to remove a user you select in the list "Enabled users" and click on the button {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/remsel.PNG"/>}}; {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/remall.PNG"/>}} allows you to remove them all. Once typed into the corresponding boxes title and text of just click on the button {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/INVIA.PNG"/>}};
* to search between Clipboard: type a keyword in the "Search" box and click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CERCA.PNG"/>}}, will appear in the list the corresponding Clipboard.

The list shows the Clipboard.

You can sort the Clipboard in alphabetical order by date by clicking on "Date", or by clicking on "Title", or by last name by clicking on "Owner"; owner title inserting to reverse the sort order click again.

To delete a note, select the box in the last column, and then click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CESTINO.PNG"/>}}.

Lower right is following the satisfactory Clipboard number required criteria, however the number of items listed in each list is limited ({{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SETUP.PNG"/>}} {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SETUP gestione account.PNG"/>}} ([Account management]), "Tustena Configuration" tab ([Tustena configuration|Tustena configuration])). To display the Clipboard following the number for the list page or "Next" click to go to the next page. To go back a page click on "Previous". To view all notes in a single page click on "All records".

To read a just click on the title and the text will be shown; you can make changes by typing them directly in the pane and clicking Save.
