In this section you can view the database, and possibly add records relating to the holding.

If the company is not linked to any database screen is as shown above.

You can view what database have fields linkable to holdings clicking {{<img src="GetFile.aspx?File=Manuale IT/LISTA DATABASE.PNG"/>}}, or add a record of the company to an existing database by clicking on {{<img src="GetFile.aspx?File=Manuale IT/AGGIUNGI RECORD.png"/>}}: If there is only one part of company database is accessed directly the screen to add an element.

Fill in the fields in a timely manner and click {{<img src="GetFile.aspx?File=Manuale IT/SALVA.png"/>}} to confirm, otherwise click {{<img src="GetFile.aspx?File=Manuale IT/ANNULLA.PNG"/>}}.

Where instead there are multiple databases, or by clicking {{<img src="GetFile.aspx?File=Manuale IT/LISTA DATABASE.PNG"/>}} you can choose which connect the company:

Lower right illustrates the number of databases, but the number of items listed in each list is limited ({{<img src="GetFile.aspx?File=Manuale IT/SETUP.PNG"/>}} {{<img src="GetFile.aspx?File=Manuale IT/SETUP gestione account.PNG"/>}} ([Manual IT.Gestione Account|Account management]), "Tustena Configuration" tab ([IT.Configurazione tustena manual|Tustena configuration])). To view items that follow click on the number for the list page or on "Next" to switch to the next page. To go back a page click on "Previous". To display all entries in a single page click on "All records".

By selecting a database if the company once there is already connected, you can display data:

You can change data entered by clicking on {{<img src="GetFile.aspx?File=Manuale IT/MODIFICA.PNG"/>}}. {{<img src="GetFile.aspx?File=Manuale IT/ANNULLA.PNG"/>}} By clicking return to the previous screen.

If the company is linked several times to the same database links list will be displayed:

To view and possibly change an item click on an entry line.

To delete an item, select the box in the last column, and then click {{<img src="GetFile.aspx?File=Manuale IT/CESTINO.PNG"/>}}.

To sort alphabetically a click on the title of the column column data; to reverse the sort order click again.
