Displays database

Argomenti collegati: The first time that you select a database will be inserted data, tab to insert will therefore appear:



Fill in the various fields in a timely manner (those with * are mandatory), bearing in mind that:

  • the date type directly to populate a field whose data type is a date (dd = day 2 digits; MM = month 2 digits; yyyy = year 4-digit, e.g. 01 01 2009), or click on the icon :



So you can select the date from the calendar, clicking on the desired day directly. To change click on month (previous month) or (next month). To close the window click ;
  • to populate a field whose data type is a contact, a company or a click lead, search box will appear (see for more information about the search for companies and contacts window New leads between lead research is quite similar to that between contacts);
  • time type directly to populate a field whose data type is an hour or adjust through buttons and ; once compiled all fields required/desired ; click to cancel the insertion click .

The rescue of the first given will appear the following summary screen:



To edit the inserted data click . To view click on table.

To insert a new item click on "Add records", when there are 2 or more elements will be following the summary table:



To return to the list of databases click "Close".

To print database click "Print".

To display the table that lists all the fields click on "All fields" To delete an item, select the box in the last column, and then click .

To view and possibly change an item click on an entry line.

To sort alphabetically a click on the title of the column column data; to reverse the sort order click again.

Lower right following the number of entries, however, is the number of items listed in each list is limited ( (Account management), tab "Configuration Tustena" (Tustena configuration)). To view items that follow click on the number for the list page or on "Next" to switch to the next page. To go back a page click on "Previous". To display all entries in a single page click on "All records".

To search between data reported in the various fields click on "Search":

  • Once you have selected the desired parameters click , are listed in the list only those entries.

By clicking on "CSV", "CSV (...)" or "TXT" you can export the data in the corresponding format.
