In this section you can view the entire history of all changes or actions that have affected the ticket since its creation.

Orange background elements are ([New action|New action]); internal notes are also represented by the {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/ticket - note.PNG"/>}} icon in the upper right, followed by {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/uncheckedbox.PNG"/>}} (done) or {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/checkedbox.PNG"/>}} (not made) {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/edit big.PNG"/>}} (change), and {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CESTINO.PNG"/>}} (deletes).

Green background elements are activity ([New action|New action]), and as you can see are listed date, user object, status; they are represented by the icon {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/e-mail.PNG"/>}} (type e-mail activity) or {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/telephone.PNG"/>}} (call type activities), and followed by (done) {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/uncheckedbox.PNG"/>}} or {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/checkedbox.PNG"/>}} (not made) {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/edit big.PNG"/>}} (change), and {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CESTINO.PNG"/>}} (deletes). Where the activity was made not to be changed, so the {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/edit big.PNG"/>}} icon is not present.
