Intervention

In this section, you can create areas intervention by selecting which users will be automatically routed tickets to the inclusion of the selected area.

To create an area of intervention is simply type the title in the identically named box, and select the users to whom received tickets belonging to the area in question. To do this click on the icon , enter any key research and click , after which select the desired user. Repeat this step to add more users to the same area after clicking the ; icon to delete a user click ; already inserted to confirm that you want to add the area of intervention click .

You can make changes to an area in a manner all similar clicking on .

To delete an intervention area select box in the last column, and then click . Not you can delete entries that have already been used inside of ticket, so the box is marked in gray.

To manage translations of areas in the various languages in which will operate users click :



Insert translations by typing the title in the new language, specifying the latter "Language" dropdown menu, write the description (if any) in the appropriate space, finally click the button.

To delete a translation, select the box in the last column, and then click .

To modify a translation select it from the table in the "Text" column and make changes similarly as fact to add a new entry.

After you make all additions and changes click the button to return to the table for the intervention areas.
