n lead is potentially interested natural or legal entity to the product with which comes into contact, but who do not can still be categorized as customer given the high degree of uncertainty.

The splash screen features are quite similar to those contacts ([Contacts|Contacts]).

On this screen you will see all the lead data:

* to automatically create a card company and/or a card to replace the tab lead contact back it all key data click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CONVERTI LEAD.PNG"/>}}:

Select the entry you want; if the last option is selected, you must select an existing farm: insert a search, click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CERCA.PNG"/>}} key and select the company desired; after you click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CONVERTI.PNG"/>}};
* to view the log of changes to the tab click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/viewlog.PNG"/>}};
* to see what contacts are associated with the main holding click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CONTATTI AZIENDALI.PNG"/>}} ([Contacts|Contacts]);
* to return to the last search click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/ULTIMA RICERCA.PNG"/>}};
* to [New contact|New contact] click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/MODIFICA.PNG"/>}};
* to print tab click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/print.PNG"/>}};
* clicking {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/envelope.PNG"/>}} you can quickly send e-mail to an address choice lead; tab
* If you have created at least a welcome ({{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/MAIL CENTER.PNG"/>}} {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/MAIL CENTER mail e liste.PNG"/>}} ([New email|New email])) mail you send them one to lead by selecting it in the list and clicking {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/WELCOME MAIL.PNG"/>}}; you can change the e-mail address where there is this need;
* you just click on the email address to send mail to the lead (via e-mail handler).
