New database

By clicking on "New database" you can create a new bank data.
Groups of users who will be able to access the database will appear in the list "visible from"; you can add new groups by selecting them from the "Groups" list and clicking the button
lets you add all the groups in the list; in a similar way to remove a group will simply select it in the list "visible from" and click on the button

allows you to remove them all.
After typing the name of the database and selected groups that can access you click
to create it.
If clicking cancel creation.
To add a column to the database (whose properties will be listed in the table below of this page), type the name of the column in the field "label", select the type of data (if the selected data type is "text" you can select the maximum number of characters in the box below), type a default value possible that the data will take if it is not populated in insertion phase, and mark the boxes that you want:
- "Mandatory" - time of insertion data you must fill in this field
- "Editable" - you can edit this field after the first insertion
- "Indexable" - you can search the values entered in this field
- "Ascending" - the columns are arranged in ascending order based on values entered in this field
- "Filtro" - to do
- "Visibile" – the column will be visible; at most 5 columns may be visible.
Once selected click
all the options that you want to create the column.
If the data type is "List", once you have created the column you can insert entries between which you can choose by clicking on the name of the column:
For each item that you want to add, type the name of the entry in the "New item" field and click
; to delete an item from the list select it in the table "Items of the list", and then click
.
Repeat these steps for each column that you want to add.
You can make changes to the acting selectable boxes directly on the table below and clicking the
button.
By clicking on an entry title to be changed; once made the desired changes click
to confirm.
To change the order of the elements you can "move" by clicking on the buttons
(about) and
(Jun).
To delete an item click on the button

Once completed the inclusion of the desired columns click
