3.2.1.3 Multiple new appointment By clicking on "New dual appointment" opens the following box:



By filling in the various fields you can create a new dual appointment that will subsequently be viewable in all affected users calendar.

First insert the date of the appointment in the field "(dd/MM/yyyy) day" (start date), or directly by filling the field by typing it (dd = day 2 digits; MM = month 2 digits; yyyy = year 4-digit, e.g. 01 01 2009), or by clicking on the icon :

So you can select the date from the calendar, clicking on the desired day directly. To change click on month (previous month) or (next month). To close the window click .

Users who participate in the meeting will appear in the list "Enabled users"; you can add new users by selecting an Office or trying: to do this, select the Office of membership of the users who you want to add, or type under the heading "search users" a part of the / the name / the search and click on the button ; after which select them from the "Users" list and click on the button ; allows you to add all the users in the list; in a similar way to remove a user select it in the list "Enabled users" and click on the button ; allows you to remove them all.

Clicking will automatically set the time interval as now taking appointment start time of entry into Office the morning and as end of exit time the afternoon for the selected user.

Otherwise you will need to fill out fields "From" and ".", by directly typing timetables or by clicking the relevant icons and to increment or decrement (respectively) timetables.

"Person" and "Company" fields respectively insert the name of the person attending the meeting and the company for which this person works. Where that person tab is available between contacts (Contacts) or between (Lead) leads you directly select it by clicking on : opens the search window contacts and leads (for more information New leads). If you inserted the tab of the company will also here you can select it by clicking on : opens the search window companies (for more information New leads). You will need to select / Insert a company if the company tab is bound to lead the contact tab.

The "Notes" field is free, so you can compile as you prefer.



If the box "in house" is selected you will type in which room of the company will be the appointment in the field "Room". Otherwise you can specify the place.



Where an appointment takes place over several days, you can manage occurrences automatically by selecting the box "Applicant". You can define start and end of the period in which repeats the appointment, mode, and the frequency of occurrence, and if they are to exclude holidays, filling in a timely manner its fields.

At the end of the creation of the click the button to confirm appointment. The selected users will be warned the meeting via an automated message, and the appointment will be fixed on the agenda of each. If someone would delete the meeting from its agenda, who has created the appointment multiple will be informed through an automated message.
