You can manage all commercial relations not yet realised through section {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CRM.PNG"/>}} {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CRM opportunità.PNG"/>}}.

The screen can be divided into 2 parts, the sidebar and the list.

Through the sidebar, you can create a new opportunities or search for its one of those existing (typing it in the text box and clicking {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CERCA.PNG"/>}}).

In the header of the list are the letters of the alphabet: by clicking on one of these letters appear all the opportunities the title begins with that letter; by clicking on "All" are listed all opportunities.

You can reorder the list alphabetically by clicking on the header of the menu under the heading "Opportunities". Clicking again invertirà order. Similarly you can sort by date of closing.

Select the box in the last column, and then click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CESTINO.PNG"/>}} for delete an opportunity.

In the lower right is following the number of satisfactory opportunities required criteria, however the number of items listed in each list is limited ({{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SETUP.PNG"/>}} {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SETUP gestione account.PNG"/>}} ([Account management|Account management]), "Tustena Configuration" tab ([Tustena configuration|Tustena configuration])). To view the opportunities following the number for the list page or "Next" click to jump to the next page. To go back a page click on "Previous". To display all the opportunities in a single page click on "All records".

The list shows the results of searches.

For [Displays opportunities|Displays opportunities] click on the title of the opportunity.

In this section you can view associated with the business opportunities.

You can view the opportunities which title begins with a letter by clicking on the letter in the list above the table, or view all opportunities by clicking on "All". 

By clicking on "All records" will appear all the opportunities in a single page.

To sort the title or date opportunities click closing entry in the header; to reverse the order click again.

To view an opportunity click on the title of the opportunity.

To delete an opportunity to select the in the last column, and then click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CESTINO.PNG"/>}}.
