icon in the upper right, followed by

(not made)
(change), and
(deletes).
Green background elements are activity (
New action
), and as you can see are listed date, user object, status; they are represented by the icon
(type e-mail activity) or
(call type activities), and followed by (done)
or
(not made)
(change), and
(deletes). Where the activity was made not to be changed, so the
icon is not present.
