In the menu above, you can set the following options:
Colleague to catalog: If this box is selected you must select an item from the catalog (
Products
) for each open ticket and specify the serial number, in order to facilitate the identification of the problem.
Knowledge base link: this option lets you make so that you can connect the ticket to an argument of the knowledge base.
Colleague KB to default titles: selecting this box default titles are selectable also inside of the Knowledgebase topics.
Use knowledge base with testabili fields: this option allows you to use the Knowledgebase topics as test for the automatic diagnosis on problems relating to article selected in order to allow the user the eventual resolution of the problem before generating the ticket.
Default titles: this option is similar to the identically named section in
(2.3.1.9).
Attention! It is necessary that all 5 options are selected so that both can generate automated tests in the ticket.
