The Ticket

Through this section lets you manage the ticket, or customer requests, reports after-sales and whatever ' another.
To create a new ticket click on "New ticket" (
New ticket).
To view tickets that have not yet been assigned to a user click on "Unassigned".
You can filter tickets according to many parameters in the section titled "Filter" sidebar: select the desired conditions, after which the
button click.
To view and, where appropriate, update a ticket (
Update tickets) click on the code.
You can also allow customers to log on to a special section to insert new ticket or view the status of ticket had been previously added to the address
/ticket/ticketouter.aspx (Portal ticket).

This section lets you manage the holding, the contact and lead tickets.
To create a new ticket click

By clicking on "All records" all tickets will appear in a single page.
To order tickets for title or click opening date for the entry in the header, and to reverse the order click again.
To view or modify a click on the code of the ticket ticket.
