By clicking on "New ticket" you can insert a ticket:

Fill in the various fields in a more timely manner bearing in mind that:

* You can make sure that the object of the ticket can be selected from a list {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SETUP.PNG"/>}} set {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SETUP configurazioni.PNG"/>}} in the section "Default titles";
* to select ticket click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/face.PNG"/>}} applicant: type a search, click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CERCA.PNG"/>}} key and select the entry you want; or click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/RICERCA AVANZATA.PNG"/>}} ([Advanced search|Advanced search]) to carry out a more detailed search or click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/NUOVA AZIENDA.PNG"/>}} / {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/NUOVO CONTATTO.PNG"/>}} / {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/NUOVO LEAD.PNG"/>}} to quickly insert a new card. * to generate a RM click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/GENERA RMA.PNG"/>}};
