3.10 Reminder
The {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CRM reminder.PNG"/>}} section allows you to see the reminder for the task:
{{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/3.9 crm - reminder.PNG"/>}}The screen can be divided into 2 parts, the sidebar and summary.

In the side bar there are:

* the "Search", whereby by typing a date or a key research and clicking {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/OK.PNG"/>}} function will include all corresponding reminder

* calendar, which briefly summarizes which days will be present activities (blue), which day you are viewing (white numbers) and that day is currently (yellow background); you can navigate between months clicking ≤
(previous) and ≥
(next); clicking on a day in the summary displays the reminder for that day.

The summary lists the key data for the selected day activities:

* by clicking on the type of activities you can view and possibly change the activity;
* by clicking on the name of the company or the name of the contact opens relevant tab;
* You can delete a reminder by clicking on the button {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/ELIMINA.PNG"/>}};
* clicking {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/MODIFICA.PNG"/>}} opens a pane where you can type an annotation, and clicking {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SALVA.PNG"/>}} what you typed will be following in the "Notes reminder" column.
