From this screen, you need to insert your business data by filling in the appropriate boxes as appropriate:

Below are explanations for items that might be more obscure:

Search indexes: Tustena allows you to search for data quickly also of its archives through a system of indexes (full index data storage). Data stored in the software are easily recoverable: the value in this page is a measure of weight indexes of research;
Mr card company: for optimum management of your business profile you should insert your business also a card in the software. After you have created, you can connect by selecting the icon beside the box and selecting the tab corresponding store "Companies";

Once placed business data click button if everything is in rule appears in red the words "Data modified successfully" to indicate that saving happened correctly; then click on "Groups" to access the screen from which you can insert various groups of access.

The company tab ¶

On this screen you will see all your business data:

to view the log of the changes made to the tab select "Change log" from the menu ;
to return to the last search select "Last search" from the menu ;
to change the tab (in a similar manner explained in New company) select "Edit" from the menu ;
to print the tab select "Print" from the menu: you can decide whether to print contacts and activities relating to the holding; click to confirm printing, on to close the window;

to send an email to the company (via e-mail handler) is just click on the email;
to send e-mail to an address to choice click on "Send email" tab from the menu ;
to add your company to your Favorites (Favorite management) select "Add to the prefereriti" from the menu ;
to see which e-mail massive are been sent to the company select "Mailing lists sent log" from the menu ;
to send an opt-out select "Send opt-out" from the menu ;
in order to monitor the company click; click again to clear;
to open the website click on the address; company
