Click on the code of a ticket you can view the situation:
Together with opening and state information (shown in the "General information" pane) you can view the changes to the ticket historian:
- green background corresponds to an action, and the icon in the upper right indicates where an activity type (
) e-mail or phone call (
); - white background indicates a change of status.
In this screen the customer may not make any change to the ticket type.
