By clicking on "New ticket" you can insert a ticket:

Fill in the various fields in a more timely manner bearing in mind that:

You can make sure that the object of the ticket can be selected from a list set in the section "Default titles";
to select ticket click applicant: type a search, click key and select the entry you want; or click (Advanced search) to carry out a more detailed search or click / / to quickly insert a new card. To close the window click ;
to generate a RM click ;
Once compiled tab click button to confirm.
