Clicking on
opens the following window:
Fields in a timely manner, bearing in mind that:
fields "Date" and "." indicate when the phone call was made: insert the date directly by filling the field by typing it (dd/MM/yyyy format, dd = day 2 digits; MM = month 2 digits; yyyy = year 4-digit, e.g. 01 01 2009), or by clicking on the icon

So you can select the date from the calendar, clicking on the desired day directly. To change click on
month (previous month) or
(next month). To close the dialog click
; type pane "." time or adjust through buttons

the field at the top right indicates who made the phone call: to select a user different click
, insert a possible search, click
key and select the user;
indicate that stage belongs the phone call in the field "Phase" (stages of campaigns must be set in
in the section "Phases" (
Stages
));
to generate activity indicating the need to recontact the name compile the last section: insert the date and time range in which the person named in the field will be located "Ask of";
Once compiled all the fields you want click
to confirm.
