In this part you can decide between what data you can choose in drop-down menus in the profiles of companies, contacts, and leads. To help fill these fields are present "hints", that can still be edited or deleted if they are not relevant to the situation. This feature helps you to better customize different entries that will be inserted allowing search in the most efficient and flexible manner possible.

You can add new entries to each list whenever sees it fit.
