CONFIGURATION PROTOCOL
The automatic protocollazione serves for Archiviare and Protocollare sequentially every activity of the company. By enabling this feature may protocol all the activities in the CRM. The standard format of the Tustena Protocol is the following:
POS/UF/D/F/PROG/DATA where: POS symbol of the UF symbol D symbol (optional) Bureau of the type of activity or document symbol F of the data stream (entry or exit) operator PROG progressive number DATA year or month and year
Once enabled function, activities are registered at the time saved as "Without", or in the case of emails when sent. By this time activities are not editable but only available.
How to:
set "Enable Protocollazione": activation of this mode of operation;
set "Protocol for Office": for Protocol activities distinguishing the Office of origin;
set "Date format": to define the digits of the code that will go to indicate the date;
set "Number of digits in the progressive": to define how many digits will be composed of the progressive; code
set "progressive relative to": for Protocol activities gradually distinguishing Office or globally;
set "Letter indicating incoming documents": to define the letter indicating all docuemnti incoming appears default;
set "Letter indicating outbound documents": to define the letter indicating all docuemnti outgoing, appears default;
set "Separator": symbol indicating the separation of the figures of the Protocol, appears default;
set the current progressive for each Office, by default will be "0";
set the initials (dual character, attention to homonyms) of each user to distinguish the origin or destination of every single document;
set the initials (signolo character, attention to homonyms) of each single Office;
set the initials (double digit) of each type of document;
