You can now create properly accounts of users who will have access to the CRM.
Click the
submenu from the
menu.
"To create a new account through which someone else can access Tustena according to the rules dictated by administrators of system, click on"
User Info".
To search between users type in a search in the "Search" box key and/or select a group membership, and then click
button.
You cannot delete a user, but your account may be disabled (increasing in this way the number of available users) or changed (e.g. replacing its data with those of a new user) where if the need arises.
To replace a user (for example when an employee is replaced) select the profile of the user you want to replace and change name and password. To the new user will be assigned all activities and tasks of the previous user.
To disable a user select the entry "Disable".
