New lead ¶

• you typed the name of a business reason you can control that it has not already been included tab by clicking on the button ;
• clicking you can insert additional telephone data formatted according to the country of the user (international prefix, area code, number; click to confirm on to close the window: )
• You can verify the validity of an email by clicking on ; an icon will appear: means the address is valid, does not exist, cannot be verified correctly;
• the "Categories" table works in the same way that relating to businesses (Category);
• the "Region" field is customizable by anyone with access to the section (Areas);
• You can associate the lead to a business card already inserted by clicking : the search window will appear to select the desired tab by clicking on the name of the company - type in a search and click key, or click (Advanced search), or click to quickly insert a new card (function similar to that present on the sidebar). To close the window click .
  

• You can also associate the lead with a contact card already inserted by clicking : the search window will appear to select the desired tab by clicking on the name of the contact - type in a search and click key, or click to quickly insert a new card (type name and click ). • for the owner of the lead click tab, select: insert a search, click key and select the user;
• "Assessment", "Sector" and "Source" fields are customizable by anyone with access to the section (Assessments, Sectors and Lead origin);
• the "Closing date" field indicates what date the lead will be automatically cancelled; insert date directly by filling the field by typing it (dd/MM/yyyy format, dd = day 2 digits; MM = month 2 digits; yyyy = year 4-digit, e.g. 01 01 2009), or by clicking on the ' icon:
  So you can select the date from the calendar, clicking on the desired day directly. To change click on month (previous month) or (next month). To close the window click .
• clicking the button for the field "Commercial" you can select a user of commercial type ( set (User Info)) which will be assigned the holding;
• the "additional fields" section is completely customizable in type and quantity in section (Companies) (additional field shown in figure is for illustration purposes);
• users to open the tab will only those belonging to the groups listed in the table "visible from:"; you can add new groups by selecting them from the "Groups" list and clicking the button ; allows you to add all the groups in the list; in a similar way to remove a group select it in the list "visible from:" and click on the button ; allows you to remove them all.
