By clicking on "New call" or by selecting an existing call you can create or edit a phone type task:
Fill in the various fields in a more timely manner bearing in mind that:
- You can specify whether the task will be considered (received call) incoming or outgoing (carried out call) and selecting respectively
or
; - You must specify whether the activity has been made, both be done or is cancelled by selecting the appropriate; box
- Select the "send (email) activity" after you have connected one or more tabs to the task opens a window where you can select an email between those listed in the respective tabs; selecting an address or by directly typing in the pane to save the activity will be sent to the address specified an e-mail having as subject the object of the activity as text description and possibly the attached will be sent;
- the "Subject" fields and at least one between "Company", "Contact" and "Leads" are required;
- to associate the activity to one tab existing click on the icon
: opens the box to search for the tab (see New leads for more information; research between lead is similar to that between contacts); to remove the link to a card is just click
; - to associate the task to click on the icon
opportunity: enter a key research and click
, after which select the opportunity you want; to remove the link to an opportunity click
; - to associate the task to a previous task click on the icon
: enter a key research and click
, after which, select the task you want; to remove the link to a task click
; - Once placed all desdierati data you can create another activity that will be bound to this by selecting the type in the "Create associated task" pane and clicking
: the data will be saved and you will create a new activity; - to attach a document (already exists in
(Documents))
click activity: enter a key search, select a category, and then click
after which select the document you want; to remove the link to a document click
; - If you wanted to broaden the space available for the description is just click
; - to select the user that will be assigned task click
: insert a possible search, click
key and select the user; - to insert the date of the task, type the date in the text box, or click
icon and select the desired day (see New appointment for details); - to insert the time the activity type in the text box or adjust through buttons

; - You can select how many days before you viewable (Reminder) reminder of the activity in the box "Alarm";
- the "analysis" table is useful because it enables you to keep track of the type of activity and how long took: allows for example of a search between all calls to calculate the total time spent online with a particular customer; technical assistance
- Once completed in a timely manner the tab click
to confirm the activity; to confirm and attach a document not in store (Documents)
