This section provides the ability to create additional, allowing thereby maximise the degree of customization tabs

Here you can enter additional fields to further customize holdings; tabs to insert a new additional field click the
button and fill in the table in the appropriate manner:
Field: name of the add-in field. Order: order will appear in the list. Type: you can select the type of additional field among the following:
Text - in the field you can write freely (eg. the Secretary of the holder name)
Numeric - in the field you can enter only numbers (e.g. number of orders in the current year)
Data - the field you can enter a date (e.g. date last contact)
Select - in the field you can choose between a series of default options; a window in which you can write a list of terms.
Username - in the field will write a username
Password - in the field will write a password
Displays only if the field: allows you to select a different field to make a comparison. You can select fields are type company (
Business types
), industry (
Sectors
), category (
Category
) equals at: in this box must be selected after comparison, you can choose among the options included in the relevant sections.
Add the groups (
adds them all,
adds those selected in list "Groups",
removes those selected in list "visible from",
removes all groups) that will display, compile and/or modify this extra field and click the
button to confirm.
