In this section, you can restore or make directly relating to the ticket actions. Type object description of the action carried out, the type of activity, and what action, if any, later, by selecting the operator will be assigned (click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/face.PNG"/>}} and to search for the desired user).

Where the action is the sending of an e-mail can be sent directly from this tab:

* Select "Send email";
* type the address to send it in the box "E-mail";
* to attach any file click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/adddoc.PNG"/>}}:, opens the following box:

Select the clicking {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/tree.PNG"/>}} folder, type the any key research and click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CERCA.PNG"/>}}, after which select the desired file; to upload a new file click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/NUOVO FILE.PNG"/>}} and follow the steps in [New file|New file]; to remove a previously loaded file click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/remdoc.PNG"/>}};
* Select box "Without"; if it is not selected, e-mail will not be sent; when you cliccherà {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SALVA.PNG"/>}} button to save the action will be sent the mail.

On activities related to the ticket is created when an action is saved.
