New ticket outside

Argomenti collegati: By clicking on "New ticket" customer can inject a ticket in your system completely autonomously.



The customer simply type the subject of the ticket, select the area of competence (Dintervento area), and enter a description of the problems found, attaching a document possible; at that point you just click to enter the ticket in the system.
