Clicking the {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/update.PNG"/>}} you can upgrade a campaign:

The "click date" entry in tables of emails sent as mailing list indicates when the recipient has clicked hyperlink set as "anchor track Tustena" ({{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/MAIL CENTER.PNG"/>}} {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/MAIL CENTER mail e liste.PNG"/>}} while creating or modifying an email ([New email|New email])) of the sent mail. 

To see the list of contacts from recontact, each with its notes, click on "From draw".

To see the list of contacts contacted, each with its notes, click on "Contattati".

To mark as made a phone call to a contact ([Call campaign|Call campaign]), with the possibility of taking notes and possibly program the need to draw, click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/telephone.PNG"/>}} button.

To send an e-mail to a contact ([Email campaign|Email campaign]), with the possibility to take notes and possibly program the need to draw, click its button {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/e-mail.PNG"/>}}.
