New contact ¶

• You can associate the contact to a business card already inserted by clicking : the search window will appear to select the desired tab by clicking on the name of the company - type in a search and click key, or click (Advanced search), or click to quickly insert a new card (function similar to that present on the sidebar). To close the window click .
  

• You can connect more than a company to each contact into fields "Other companies" completely similarly described in point earlier; to add additional fields click ;
• the "Categories" table works in the same way that relating to holdings (Category);
• clicking you can insert additional telephone data formatted according to the country of the user (international prefix, area code, number; click to confirm on to close the window: )
• You can verify the validity of an email by clicking on ; an icon will appear: means the address is valid, does not exist, cannot be verified correctly;
• If the "mailing list" checkbox is cleared you will not be able to send email to the company via distribution lists; otherwise, you can specify an alternate e-mail address to send them in the adjacent; field
• the "Region" field is customizable by anyone with access to the section (Areas);
• clicking the button for the field "Commercial" you can select a user of commercial type ( set (User Info)) which will be assigned the holding;
• If the "Sync Outlook" checkbox is selected the tab will be synchronized with Outlook and will be exportable;
• the box "no contact" serves as a reminder if a contact must not be contacted;
• If the box "can insert ticket" (TICKET) is selected the contact will be able to insert ticket to address
  CRM.tustena.com/ticket/ticketouter.aspx which can connect using this email in this Board as username and the "password ticket" (which must be at least 4 characters);
