By clicking on "New company" or the button to an existing tab you can enter or edit a business card:

Fill in the various fields in a more timely manner bearing in mind that:

you typed the name of a business reason you can control that it has not already been included tab by clicking on the button ;
You can paste data from another page (e.g. yellow pages) rapidly clicking and pasting data;
clicking you can insert additional telephone data formatted according to the country of the user (international prefix, area code, number; click to confirm on to close the window: )
You can verify the validity of an email by clicking on ; an icon will appear: means the address is valid, does not exist, cannot be verified correctly;
If the "mailing list" checkbox is cleared you will not be able to send email to the company via distribution lists; otherwise, you can specify an alternate e-mail address to send them in the adjacent; field
the "Industry", "Type" company "," evaluation "," area, fields are customizable by anyone with access to section (respectively (Sectors), (Business types), (Assessments) (Areas));
the "Owner" field indicates who is the owner of a particular adapter; to make a selection among users click on the button ;
clicking the button for the field "Commercial" you can select a user of commercial type ( set (User Info)) which will be assigned the holding;
If the box "can insert ticket" (Portal ticket) is selected the company will be able to insert ticket and will need the password entered in the field next;
