Ticket
You can allow customers access to an external Tustena, section to address
/ticket/ticketouter.aspx, allowing them to insert new ticket and check the status of tickets included previously.
Where farm (
New company
) is selected in the entry "May insert ticket" and a password is assigned to the customer, this can access its own section ticket by typing your e-mail and password present in its own tab.
In this screen the customer will be able:
create a "new ticket" (
New external ticket
) by clicking on the identically named entry in the "Options" menu in the sidebar
search for a specific ticket by typing the code in the box on the "Filter" menu of the sidebar and clicking

view a previously created ticket (

), by clicking on the code of the same;
order tickets for code status description or date opening, by clicking on the respective header column;
exit by clicking on "Log out" section.
