This section provides the ability to create additional, allowing thereby maximise the degree of customization tabs
Companies fields
Contacts,
Lead,
Activities,
Ticket,
Catalog,
Park machines.
Here you can enter additional fields to further customize holdings; tabs to insert a new additional field click the
button and fill in the table in the appropriate manner:
Field: name of the add-in field.
Order: order will appear in the list.
Type: you can select the type of additional field among the following:
- Text - in the field you can write freely (eg. the Secretary of the holder name)
- Numeric - in the field you can enter only numbers (e.g. number of orders in the current year)
- Data - the field you can enter a date (e.g. date last contact)
- Select - in the field you can choose between a series of default options; a window in which you can write a list of terms.
- Username - in the field will write a username
- Password - in the field will write a password
Displays only if the field: allows you to select a different field to make a comparison. You can select fields are type company (
Business types), industry (
Sectors), category (
Category)
equals at: in this box must be selected after comparison, you can choose among the options included in the relevant sections.
Add the groups (
adds them all,
adds those selected in list "Groups",
removes those selected in list "visible from",
removes all groups) that will display, compile and/or modify this extra field and click the
button to confirm.
