Fields in a timely manner, bearing in mind that:

fields "Date" and "." indicate when the phone call was made: insert the date directly by filling the field by typing it (dd/MM/yyyy format, dd = day 2 digits; MM = month 2 digits; yyyy = year 4-digit, e.g. 01 01 2009), or by clicking on the icon :

So you can select the date from the calendar, clicking on the desired day directly. To change click on month (previous month) or (next month). To close the dialog click ; type pane "." time or adjust through buttons and ;

the field at the top right indicates who made the phone call: to select a user different click , insert a possible search, click key and select the user;
indicate that stage belongs the phone call in the field "Phase" (stages of campaigns must be set in in the section "Phases" (Stages));
to generate activity indicating the need to recontact the name compile the last section: insert the date and time range in which the person named in the field will be located "Ask of";
Once compiled all the fields you want click to confirm.
